really decent VPN just isn't the fastest for p2p which is what I've been needing the last year or so (+/- a bit) towards the end of my 1st 3 year sub so I might end up swapping not exactly sure yet

I'm a customer for about 10 years and now last update is bad you have to force stop the app to be able to connect on any vpn server and now you can't use block any data outside off the VPN traffic and always in VPN do not work anymore.. you can still use openvpn and use CA certificate more stable and secure that way..

Your VPN is terrible, and buying a 3-year subscription was a mistake. You built a VPN and just sell it instead of actually maintaining and supporting it. Your traffic has been exposed and detected in every country. It’s impossible to pay for anything in accounts from other regions through your VPN, and in countries where a VPN is actually necessary - like Russia, Iran, or Arab countries - your VPN doesn’t work at all, and you do nothing to fix it.

never had one problem with it. always connects in seconds, no buffering. great app

I've had this now for over 2 months and have not been able to use it once. Will not let me log in. Will not let me get a number. I want to cancel as soon as it is due again. Which is " who knows can't even pull up my account. Hate this App!!

signed up for 3 months yesterday ..Changed a few settings around and speed very good..Customer service is superb very happy with.

wonderul customer support, whenever i contact them within 5 minutes they respond and help. i had no problems at all with connection. my only wish, i use it also on xiaomi mibox, the app on tv is not user friendly, it needs to be smoother to login and operate.
