Mysterium VPN: Fast & Secure

I have sent an email to the support system and I don't understand what's going on because I have not gotten a reply to my complaints.

I was logged out and couldn't log in again. leaving my phone exposed and revealing my main location.

One of best VPN's to use! Now can't resubscribe. Have enough $. No resubscribe button. Downgraded rating from 4 to 2

This app is living on past glory of effectiveness but now it's the opposite, the management needs to wake up from their slumber because it's becoming too deep before it goes into oblivion and totally forgotten. Search engines easily picks it up as VPN and it's bad whichgoes to show that the organisation behind it lags behind technologically and needs to spend more of their resources on Research & Development to stay relevant in the business because for now, their relevance is in question.

Honestly, I wasted my hard earned money here. I traveled to China in March and immediately I arrived in Beijing, they dictated that I am using a VPN. All my stay, I never used this particular VPN. It was just a secure VPN that saved me throughout my stay.

my VPN disconnects few minutes after minimizing the app and it's really frustrating

Please add an "Admin & Sub-User" dashboard for the 10-device plan. Right now, sharing requires giving everyone access to the main subscription email, which is a big privacy risk. Instead, let the Admin invite 9 separate emails. Each user should get their own Magic Link and be restricted to exactly 1 active device slot. This prevents one person from hogging all the slots and makes sharing with family safe and fair! for examp i use to share my sub with my brother and have to give access to my mail

I've not been able to use the app since I downloaded it. it kept on saying "you will need to grant permission to start tunnel".
