StrongVPN - Fast, Private VPN

total rubbish, I download the vpn they told me to login when I haven't create Amy account with it, they only have login interface they don't have signups interface, if you're new to this vpn and you download you only waiste your time and data, you can't signups

The best VPN around. I've tried others but Strong VPN is consistently the best on function, customer service AND price.

DO NOT. This is a rip-off, their sales agents are probably scammers, they lure you into unacceptable terms with "free" options, they make sure you agree to unfair commercial practices and hidden policies, they scam you into yearly subscriptions and then they make sure that whatever "free" they have given you is charged later on. But not only their commercial practices seem fraudulent, the service itself is terrible. Frequently down and does not always protect your IP. App full of bugs, risky!!!!

This app claimed it worked perfectly in China, but I couldn't use the service at all in China. Nothing changed after I turned on the "optimized for China" option or made other changes in app setting. This affected my work. I requested a refund after I ended my trip. The first quick reply email refused my request and the reason given is I didn't contact their IT support, but at the end they issued the full refund. 1 star for app performance, 3 star for staff handling my refund.

it works alright, but you're far from premium anything. And I've been your customer for 5 years now so I know what I'm talking about. The app is flaky, and just switching from mobile to wifi may drop your connection without informing you, exposing your IP. It doesn't sound (nor feel) premium to me.

Stopped working on latest android update. Just get an error message and cannot connect.

software hasn't been working for a while both on PC & tablet and back & forth with support is just a waste of time.

Update: VPNs are pointless on android and apple now. Old review: It has a good computer vpn but the mobile vpn is always disconnecting. You really need to implement an auto reconnect feature that is standard on the majority of vpns. Response Edit: How you can assist is by making it where you have an auto reconnect ability if it disconnects. It is bothersome when you connect, then 3 seconds later it disconnects, then it is good for a few hours.
