love it be with virtual shield for a few years now not one problem my phone works as fast as it did the first day I got it and it's 3 years old they're always glad to help easy to get ahold of very friendly I do not worry about getting hacked and destroyed by lazy people that do nothing but push buttons and try to ruin people's lives.

Since the "update" this app is virtually worthless to me. It blocks/delays other apps from performing, if it connects at all! Their customer is responsive, but repetitive deinstalling, and rebooting my phone is not getting it for me. Update 3/21/2025: I frequently must unconnect to get other apps to work. When I reconnect, a few seconds later a message pops up to say I'm disconnected. Dang!

So I had this for a few years. I thought it was normal to keep having to reconnect it every day, and it would still drop off several times per day. No access to customer service after a few tries. Cheap when I got it, but if a VPN doesn't conceal you and they also share your data, Lose Them. I won't ever trust my privacy to these guys and you should ask yourself why you are...

I have version 2.0.26 and it disconnects often in spite of being set up as "always on". I'm old, I have health issues, I do alotta doctor visits. When I do I put my phone in airplane mode. When I come out I turn off airplane mode. Sometimes I'm still connected, sometimes not. Frustrating.

Does what it needs to do, give me privacy. Very simple and easy to use. I haven't had any problems with it yet. If you're looking for an app with gadgets, info hubs and intricate statistics then this app is NOT for you. If you're looking to simply turn on a VPN and continue with life, I recommend it.. for now. (Just got it)

It disconnects without warning all the time and randomly connects to the United States, ignoring my favorites and choosing the slowest possible connection which basically disables my phone. I live on a different continent.

Recommended this app by x22 but regular and persistent problems with keeping VPN running at full protection in the background though paid for extra security. Disappointed in mid term use so far. The updates do help but feel temporary as problems return every 3 months or so. Will look for alternatives in January when this deal expires. Let's see what Virtual Shield do to make this right?

All of the reps and the tech's have been super helpful and so informative, when I had a issue logging in they created a ticket rihht away and the next morning a tech emailed me. He was super helpful in giving step by step instructions, kept me up to date on what was going on and even wanted to make sure that I could login. This is one of the many reasons why I use Virtual Shield.
