HMA VPN Proxy & WiFi Security

I have a subscription for several years. it used to be a very good VPN with decent speeds. I live in UK and I got unlimited internet on my EE contract with amazing speeds across the UK. In the past year or could have been two (I can't recall when it started), the speeds that you get connected to HMA are abysmal to say the least. 30kbps regardless of country or server. With ProtonVPN for example, speeds exceed 10Mbps. The difference is absurd and pricing is almost similar. I can't recommend HMA.

App works fine when it's working. Recently renewed my subscription throughthe same 3rd party, it worked for about 2 weeks then the activation code suddenly came back as non existent. Contacted their helpdesk, still waiting for response been over a month now, their support sucks big time.

I am subscriber from 3 years. but now HMA VPN so much disturbing. it's not connecting in UK 18 hours into 24hours. and in India , Malaysia and other countries connecting fastly. but So much disappointing for UK. and ther is no any support system active to register a complain

This app works very well and apart from having to type the country I want to search in when using a foreign VPN, it never causes me any problems. The only thing I find irritating is too many websites recognise I am using a VPN and want me to turn it off before I can access the website. Not sure if there is anything that can be done about that.

Earlier version worked fine on my Android tablet running v7. All of the sudden it stopped working. I can sideload an earlier HMA version but that isn't working, either. Their help page keeps identifying me as a robot so I can't send a message for help and they don't even publish an email address, so I'm stuck. Basically, support seems to be an issue.

I am not satisfied. First taking too much time to connect with server. If connected, then disconnected after some time. Waste of money and time. Very disappointed. No one buy this. This problem is coming now about a month ago

I had high expectations from HMA VPN, but unfortunately it turned out to be a poor experience. The connection drops frequently, speeds are inconsistent, and many servers either don’t work properly or fail to connect at all. Streaming services rarely work as advertised, and when they do, buffering is a constant issue.

I buy a subscription and I started using it and after a while or after 2 or 3 days it will tell me something went wrong I should try trouble shooting and whenever I try troubleshooting it pops up a cold and tell me to contact support but whenever I contact support and pull my email to put the code they tell me my statement and my email is not valid and trust me it is very annoying and disappointing you guys should look into it because I can just I made a one year subscription
