F-Secure FREEDOME VPN

Used to be okay, but lately it has been EXTREMELY SLOW. I would not use it for free anymore, paying for it feels like scam. If you think about using it for streaming something, don't. IPs are blocked about 99% chance.

You cannot activate pre-purchased subscriptions in this app, despite F-Secure sells these subrictions for multiple devises. i.e. the Multi-Platform subscription is useless. This app doesn't allow to log in to an account with subscription. This is Android version, purchased with F-Secure ID.

Not completely sure if this paid app is blocking unwanted eyes. I have noticed that when I do general searches on google or amazon, once I'm done, I'll see those same random items I was looking at show up in random ads popping up everywhere. Now why is that.

3 times I've had to down load this app for work each with a year's subscription when you change your phone and try to login it says each time in correct details IVE ONLY GOT 1 EMAIL ADDRESS AND 4 PASSWORDS THAT I USE HOW ARE THEY ALWAYS WRONG. You ask for a password reset it says we've sent you an email IT NEVER ARRIVES. Yet again I've been robbed.

Couldn't even try for 1 minute! Didn't even show server list it seems like it's blocked where I live so I connected to another vpn to see the app where it said trial expired! How! I didn't find protocols options or something advanced! Doesn't seem effective at all

Extremely poor customer service. DO NOT BUY THROUGH GOOGLE. If you purchase through Google you will only be able to use the subscription on an android device and not your laptop. If you purchase on their site, then you can use it across multiple platforms. Absolute rip off and scam if you ask me. Catching people out and having to pay double! Disgusting customer service. Great shame because the app works really well, just let down by this. Also, it is cheaper through the site just for the VPN.

Would love to give 5 stars however not today! Identity issues not addressed so well . Had all kinds of devices included but not wanted, being forwarded and not notified of anything. Permissions grayed out trial period cut short. Also didn't catch any device and software changes. Still shopping around, never got verification email . Works well sometimes, but have to turn it off too as it totally blocks some sites that I've viewed loads of times, it just freezes the pictures, and writing too, I'll persevere as I've just purchased it, think I'll be trying something else next time, or even before then if it doesn't get better, also can make searching so slow.
