Comodo Security Antivirus VPN

I have premium and have for a couple of years. everything I try to do anything it constantly asks me to upgrade. and for some unknown reason it keeps turning the VPN on when I really don't need or want it on

Used PC version for 2 Decades & ALWAYS Recommended it. This Mobile version is OK but no where near as good as the previous one with the green GUI.🙁 I want to use the Firewall on this one but it doesn't run for long so I assumed it'd only be permanent on the Upgraded App ... I paid £24 for the Annual license. AFTER PAYMENT - The screen just said "Please Wait" for 5 Minutes so I closed the App & upon reopening it - still asked me to "Upgrade" No obvious method to fix it. 😡 - Mike -

When it works (rarely), it does okay. I can't use it even with an annual subscription. I've uninstalled/reinstalled the app multiple times, tried logging out/in, and it still doesn't work. Now, it shows "subscribe monthly $4.99." I even tried that and was told "unable to complete due to your annual subscription." Customer service? No idea. The link doesn't help. I'm ready to just cancel everything and find something else. I've used Comodo for years and hate to find something else.

I have used Comodo since 2009. I really like Comodo. I have a recurring issue though. Every single time i select "cloud scanning" and run a scan while online, the scanner hangs at 1% completed and won't go any further and stays that way until i reboot my phone. Thus i can only get a full scan offline, completely cut-off from the cloud. This happens on all 3 of my phones. Any suggestions?

I have trusted in comodo since 2011 when it was on my PC. Now for my phone is cool. Trusted tech at my fingertips. The only thing keeping me from placing 5 stars is one thing I think it should have. A download scanner. This would be good to scan before installing. Many apps hide viruses and malware. This added feature would make me pay for the service and provide a level of security that puts my mind at ease. Would be perfect for those who install from unknown sources, even though I don't do so.

It worked for several years but now it doesn't work at all and no response from customer service. I've had premium for several years. Paid premium renewal in June and it hasn't worked since (it's October now) saying there's something wrong with username or password but it won't let me get to anywhere to fix it. Emailed customer services several times and had no reply. Waste of money and I'm really disappointed.

Terrible app, can't upgrade to paid version to get full firewall protection been trying for a few years. Today at last seemed to allow payment but after loads of messing about setting up PayPal it wouldn't accept my PayPal password which was correct. Total waste of time this company is losing a fortune and couldn't care less!

I've been a fan for over 20 years. I used to have the mobile app on my phone (almost all the features were free back then) until my cellphone provider included security and call-screening in their service. In April 2022, I bought a tablet, installed the app, and upgraded to premium. To this day, the app still doesn't recognize that I have a subscription. I've contacted support several times. This last time, they didn't even acknowledge the receipt of my email. I'm so disappointed.
